Objection#

• A persistence-only downgrade throws away real birth content already canonised in T-Birth-Parametric and Section 12.
• The original CN6 reading still overclaims because OP-0005 stays open and the active scaffolds A-0012, A-0013, and A-0033 remain in force.

Rival view#

Perhaps E-0082 already functions as a true cross-$K$ selection test, which would rescue a stronger kinetic-selection reading.

Revision#

Reject both extremes. Freeze a narrowed split statement: partial endogenous birth survives, conditional persistence survives, scaffolded architecture survives, and no unified assumption-clean observed-$K$ selection law has yet been shown.
